If you are interested in one of our dogs,  please download and send in an Adoption Application. You  may also schedule a meet and greet at Dogma Dog Care by calling 770-436-4346. If you determine you would like to proceed with an adoption AND your application has been accepted we will schedule a home visit and bring your new fur friend to your home. You will be asked to sign an Adoption Contract at that time

Meet the Dogs!


  • Garnet, was born on 8-24-22, in a litter of 7 from Sally (mom listed separately). She has been boarded since birth and would love to be adopted into a home one day soon!

    Garnet is a playful and active pup that would do best in a house with a yard for her to run! She can be independent at times but is still very affectionate & loves to give kisses! Garnet is heartworm negative, spayed, and weighs 49 lb.

    Garnet still has lots to learn but she is smart and eager to please. She would need a proper introduction with any dogs in the household. She would do great with a family that would like to raise a youngster and call her their own!


  • Male; pit-bull mix

    40 lbs, 8 months old

    This is Cosmo. He is a playful 1 year old Pit Bull puppy. He weighs 40 lbs and he is going to be a mid size, lovable boy. Cosmo was taken to the shelter as a stray and experienced homelessness. Currently, he is being fostered at a dog boarding facility.

    He enjoys playing with other dogs and his caretakers. Cosmo is eagerly awaiting the opportunity to find his forever home and shower his family with endless love and happiness. Due to his personality, he would love a busy family. He seems to really enjoy playing with children. He is heartworm-negative and up-to-date on his vaccinations. All he wants is someone to love! He is cat friendly and would be great in a home with other dogs.

    1 year old; 35 lbs

    This is Billie; she is a little shy and reserved. She is a sweet girl, but she and her sister had a rough start. She needs a family to shower her with love and affection.

    Once she knows that you have good intentions, she will adore you. Billie is 35 pounds, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm-negative. She is a 1 year old, shepherd mix and has been spayed . She does well with other dogs and people alike.

    Billie has a strong bond with her sister, Kid, but separate families can adopt them. Let Billie join your family!

    Yes, Lady is a perfect Lady! She is about 3 years old and weighs 51 lbs, so she still has energy to run and play.  She would love a home with a yard!

    She loves the children at her boarding facility and wants very much to be one of the  family. Lady is a nice size, just 50 lbs. and very adoptable.  Lady loves treats and will gladly give affection.

    She is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on all her shots. This is a special girl.


  • Male; Australian Shepherd mix

    5 years old; 50 lbs

    Tookie is a 5 year old male Australian Shepherd mix. His mix of light and brown markings, along with his friendly smile make him a very handsome boy. He's approximately 50lbs, Toki has been neutered and is now heartworm negative.  Tookie loves affection. He's playful but calms down quickly if there's a good ear scratching to be had. Tookie enjoys lounging on his bed in the sun, a little rough housing with his best friend Diamond, and  treats. Lots of treats! He's well behaved, knows sit, comes when called and is crate trained. He does fine with older kids and does well walking on a leash.

    Note: Tookie and Diamond are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They share a special bond and provide each other with comfort and companionship. We hope to find a loving home that can welcome both of them and keep their friendship intact.

    5 years old; 35 lbs

    Diamond is a 5 year old white Australian Shepherd mix. She is approximately 35lbs...but very compact. She's spayed and is now HW negative. Diamond is extremely timid and submissive until she feels safe with you. She's very sweet and loving. Sadly, she cowers a lot and will roll over on her back in hopes that she's being good. If she's rewarded with a belly scratch session she'll take it all day long! She loves her best friend Tookie, preferably napping after a good wrestle match. She's fine with older kids and all other humans. She's crate trained and does well walking on a leash.

    Male; 4 years old - 75 lbs

    Ricky is a big, sweet, goofy total spaz. He’s approximately 4 years old and 75 lbs. He's going to need someplace where he gets a lot of activity and room to run. He plays really well with Riley and Odie. He’d probably make a great dog for a busy active family.

    He’s very people friendly and fun to play with! He is up to date on all of his shots and has been neutered. He is heartworm negative.

    3 years old; 50 lbs

    Beautiful Rita is a 3 year old white Shepherd . She is 50lb, spayed, up to date on vaccines and is heartworm negative.

    Rita is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. She really enjoys giving and receiving affection . She loves to play with other dogs. She's a great size and would do well in an active household.

    Rita is a real beauty and would make a great addition into your home.

  • Sallie was rescued and delivered seven puppies in the shelter. Her baby Garnet is the last one to be adopted, listed separately. Sallie is around 2+ years old and weighs 50 lbs. She's being boarded and would love to have a home one day soon. Sallie is spayed, up to date on her shots and is heartworm negative.

    Sallie is friendly with other dogs and cats. She would be good in a household with children. She loves to give kisses and wants someone to love!

    She is great on a leash and great in a pack with other dogs because she loves to run, jump and play! With some training, love and patience she will make a wonderful dog!

  • Tippy is a SWEET, friendly, playful, and affectionate adult male dog. He is very people-oriented and would make a great companion. He is a very smart dog who loves to show you how much he loves you - he'll greet you with wags and kisses every time you come through the door! Tippy loves going on walks and playing with toys. He has a lot of energy and would benefit from an active owner who can take him on long walks and runs. Tippy is a great dog and can't wait to find a forever home where he can give all his love and affection. If you're interested in adopting Tippy, please come and meet him - he can't wait to meet you! Tippy is a 6yr old neutered male that weighs 64lbs. He is heartworm negative & fully vaccinated

  • Darling Angel is this pretty girl's name. Little Angel was abandoned due to a skin condition that has been treated and is completely healed! She is ten months old and weighs 34 pounds. Despite being deserted by her former family and having a skin condition, Angel is active and goofy. She can be shy with strangers, but after the initial introduction, she is very playful. Her adorable personality will brighten your day

    She is up-to-date on her vaccinations and heartworm negative. Angel has spayed been spayed. Add an Angel to your family!

  • I’m Princess La Reyna and my fairy tale is just starting with you! I am 4 years old, healthy and spayed. I am a pure-bred German Shepherd. Clearly, I am so pretty, but I’m also an amazing girl. I weigh 57lb and am friendly with other dogs. I am not great in dog parks because I get so excited, but I am ok with one or two dogs. I love to give hugs and try to see you at eye level, so I could use a little training on “sit”. But once I learn my simple commands, I’ll be loyal companion and active walking buddy!

    I have a clean bill of health, microchipped, and negative for heartworm. My ideal forever home would include space for me to run on a regular basis, and an owner who understands the needs of German Shepherds.


  • Karah is the SWEETEST girl you’ve ever met! She is so full of love and affection that she can hardly stand it. She’s never met a person that she doesn’t like and doesn’t want to kiss. She is 57 lbs, heart worm negative and fully vaccinated. She has tons of energy and would make a great dog for a family with children. She is extremely shy at first because she doesn’t understand what happened to her family? She has completed her training and is now ready to bring joy and love to her forever home.

    Butters is a beautiful adult male Staffordshire Terrier. He is very friendly and playful. He's independent and loyal. Butters loves to give kisses and HE IS HOUSE TRAINED!!!

    Butters is up to date on all of his vaccines and is neutered and about 55 lbs. We think that he might be about 5 years old and prefer a home with female dogs. What a wonderful boy to welcome to the family!

    This is Taya! This beautiful yellow lab girl is spayed and up to date on all of her shots. She is about 1 year old, and 51 pounds. She could definitely use some good home cooking but we’re trying to fatten her up! She is calm, gentle and sweet. All she needs a loving happy forever home.

    Pillar is a 3-year-old, black, Labrador Retriever male weighing in at 100 lbs. Pillar has received his vaccines and microchip. Pillar is very people and dog friendly, knows basic commands and good on leash. Neutered Lab and loves to play tug with toys!

    This beautiful, young, black lab is Jennie. She is about 7 months old as of October and weighs 33 pounds. She is still very much a puppy with lots of energy and playfulness. She loves other dogs and is super affectionate, athletic and friendly - basically, she’s the whole package! She has been spayed and she is heartworm negative and up to date on shots. She is the perfect companion to any size family and soon-to-be your new best friend.

    Mere “Mir” is an Australian Cattle dog and she loves attention and affection, as she wags her tail so much the second she sees people. She is outgoing and eager to please. She is a beautiful chocolate brown merle color with white spots. She is 2 years old, spayed and fully vaccinated. She weighs 42 pounds, and their coloring is brown merle and white. She is housebroken and dog friendly. Currently, she is housed with Eileen, and they are best friends!

    Banks is a Husky / shepherd mix. He is a sweet silly boy. At approximately 1 year old, he is a perfect medium size 48 lbs.

    Very outgoing and playful. He is  attentive and obedient. He loves going on walks with his caretake. Very loveable and friendly. He is still learning how to enjoy other dogs but loves his people. He is up to date on shots and is neutered. What a goose! He will stick his tongue out and run by your side! What a sweet smile.

    This is the General ! We think that this handsome shepherd/ husky boy is approximately 1 year old.. What beautiful eyes!!! He is new to the Ginny Millner Rescue Foundation. He is a gorgeous boy! Very smart and well mannered. He seems to have had some training. He knows; sit, come, stay and shake! He is 54lbs and has been  neutered. He is an extremely good boy and deserves ONLY the best home!.

    Destiny is a 7 month old pocket mix. She is a special little girl, very cute and very sweet. She appears to like other dogs and would make a great companion. She weighs 33 lbs and probably won’t get much bigger. She is heartworm negative and up to date on her vaccines. She is playful happy and healthy. She is being spayed and will be available for adoption by mid November.

    Moose is a 2-year-old yellow Lab.  Moose has tested negative for heartworm and has been microchipped. Moose is a little shy but will come out of his shell with his new person or family. Dog friendly and people friendly. Neutered male, very friendly and loves to give kisses. Dog friendly

    ISnaggle is approximately 3 years old and there is nothing wrong with his feet! He has tons of energy and loves to play. We have no idea how he got that name, but he says he is open to a new one. He is wonderful, silly, sweet and affectionate. He weighs  44 pounds. This precious boy dog is neutered, up to date on shots, and is heartworm negative. He LOVES other dogs and appears to be house broken as he keeps a very clean kennel. He’s had some training and knows basic commands . All he needs is to know what it is to be loved forever more! What a handsome young man.

    Pharaoh is a GORGEOUS 3 year old hunk of burning love weighing in at 60 lbs. He VERY playful and full of energy. He has been neutered and is fully vaccinated. This is a very handsome sweet boy with beautiful facial markings.

    Scarlett is a perfect Shepherd/Lab mix that loves to pose for pictures! She is super pretty and super sweet. She is 4 years old and weighs 64 lbs. Great size for hugging and kissing. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines. She is housebroken and keeps a very clean kennel. Scarlett loves other dogs and walks great on a leash. It is obvious that she has had some training as she is very obedient and knows simple commands. She is such a wonderful girl. She would be easy to transition into a new home with other pets. She is perfect.

    Glitter is a proud, resourceful little girl. Just look at that face! She has been an excellent mamma to her 6 beautiful babies in extremely difficult circumstances . She has nursed her 6 pups and s taught them everything that she knows. She is petite at just 35lbs and should gain some weight now that she is finished nursing. She is SO sweet. She’s still very protective of her pups so we have not introduced her to other dogs yet. She is spayed soon and has all of her shots. She’s great with humans and is starting to show a very playful side now that she can relax a little. She deserves a wonderful home.

I am the smallest of the litter, but I'm healthy and probably will grow to be about 35 pounds like my momma. I am only 13 lbs right now at 3 months old. I will be spayed when adoption is finalized. I am up to date on shots. I am working on learning all about life and practicing walking on a leash.
